Only a handful of our therapists are in-network with Optum, Aetna, Moda, and United Behavioral Health. We additionally accept Ulliance EAP and M&S EAP.
If your desired clinician does not accept your insurance or you would prefer to pay out of pocket, all fully licensed and associate therapists can provide what’s called a “Superbill” at the end of each month. You’re more than welcome to submit this document directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement or to meet your deductible, depending on your plan’s out of network benefits.
Not interested in submitting superbills? Check out Reimbursify - they’ll handle the whole claim submission process from start to finish on your behalf, AND the first claim they submit for you is free!

Yes, yes, yes! We love being able to touch base with providers who played an integral role in our clients’ growth and wellbeing. Let your provider know you’d like them to speak with your previous therapist, and they’ll send over the necessary paperwork to make it happen.

They sure do! In fact, we have multiple clinicians who work with children and teens. Please review our clinicians’ bios to see who might be the best fit (make sure you click on the “Learn More” button underneath their pictures to read the full bios)!
Please note that at this time, our clinicians are not working with kids younger than 6 years old.

All of our therapists are able to offer both virtual and in-person sessions depending on availability (you can read more about online counseling HERE).
Whichever is your preference, please let us know when scheduling your initial session so we can do our best to accommodate.
