Say hello to Autonomy Therapist Haylie Hill (She/Her)
LPC
Clinical Therapist
Life can often feel overwhelming, and in those moments of distress, it's easy to turn to coping mechanisms that offer temporary relief but end up creating long-term struggles. What may have begun as a way to cope with the weight of life's challenges can turn into a daily pattern that feels paralyzing, and breaking free from it can seem impossible. If you find yourself in this place, you're not alone. I work alongside individuals who are seeking healthier ways to navigate life’s burdens and break free from patterns that no longer serve them.
I believe that healing is a deeply personal journey and I approach my work from a faith-based perspective, grounded in the belief that you are wonderfully made by God. I draw on a blend of therapeutic techniques—such as CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, parts work, and EMDR—to help you process pain, uncover deeper meaning, and connect with your true self. Each session is designed to meet you where you are and use your own unique experiences and insights as a guide for growth.
As a Christian therapist, I also recognize that the process of healing is not just about changing behaviors or thoughts, but about restoring your connection with God and finding strength in His love and guidance. I firmly believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk with you as you uncover hidden parts of yourself, release what has been suppressed, and embark on a path of greater authenticity and peace.
I am passionate about supporting you on this journey, helping you to heal, grow, and align your life with the goals God has placed on your heart. No matter where you are, I am here to help you navigate the journey of becoming the person you are created to be.
