Say hello to Autonomy Therapist Haylie Hill (She/Her)

LPC

Clinical Therapist

Finding a counselor is a difficult task, and it can often feel like whack-a-mole trying to find someone who fits your needs. My goal for us in the counseling space is to build a safe relationship that is the foundation for doing the difficult work of diving into the reasons why you are the way you are. I am glad you are here and excited to walk alongside this part of your life with you.

I practice from a person-centered approach, utilizing what you bring to session to connect back to the goals that we set together. I incorporate a mixture of Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and Reality Therapy to challenge and push you to think deeper about the things you bring to counseling and find new meaning. My hope for you is to find the healing that you are looking for to lead a more fulfilling and happy life. I am a firm believer that you are the expert in the room on yourself and your experience. It is my job to help you uncover things that have been suppressed, avoided or forgotten about through asking thought provoking questions and reflecting back to you what I notice.

I am passionate about helping you reach the goals that you have for yourself and am excited to meet you where you are and go through this process together.
