Pronouns: She/Her

I am a dedicated graduate student at St. Edward's University, deeply invested in the transformative power of therapy. My academic and professional journey is centered around Narrative Therapy and Relational Cultural Therapy, approaches I believe in for their profound impact on individuals and communities.

As a bilingual therapist with a Hispanic heritage, I embrace cultural diversity in my practice. This background allows me to connect with clients on a deeper level, appreciating the nuances of their experiences and narratives.

My goal is to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel understood and supported in their journey towards growth and healing. I am committed to cultivating a therapeutic space where every voice is heard and every story is valued. I am particularly interested in anxiety therapy, depression therapy, body image, multicultural identity, intergenerational trauma, and relational struggles. I work with children ages 6+, adolescents ages 13+, individuals 18+, and couples.
