About Kim Fry, LMFT-S
Emdr-trained, Narm level 1-informed professional
Kim is a relational, trauma-informed therapist who believes healing happens through connection, both with ourselves and with others.
After over a decade in the field, Kim’s approach has evolved from focusing solely on symptom relief to understanding the deeper patterns and experiences that shape how we move through the world. She believes that the parts of ourselves we often want to change or fix are often the very parts that learned how to protect us.
Kim specializes in working with adults navigating relational and developmental trauma, anxiety, body image concerns, and patterns of disconnection from themselves or others. Through a warm, collaborative approach grounded in NARM®, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, and other depth-oriented therapies, Kim helps clients reconnect with themselves and create lives that feel more authentic, intentional, and aligned.
Therapy with Kim is not about becoming someone new. It’s about reconnecting with the authentic, valuable human you’ve always been beneath the ways you learned to survive.
When Insight isn't enoughTherapy that honors the complexity of your story.
You may already understand your anxiety, perfectionism, self-criticism, or relationship patterns. But insight doesn't always create change.
My approach is designed for people ready to move beyond intellectual understanding and into deeper healing by working with the relational and developmental patterns that continue to shape how they experience themselves, others, and the world.
