clinical therapist
Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re seeking therapy for the first time or the hundredth time, the decision to begin or continue the healing process is a brave one. Thank you for your courage and curiosity.
I draw from several schools of thought, including attachment theory, narrative therapy, mindfulness, existentialism, and family/relational systems. Each person is different, and every story is unique, so I will collaborate with you to ensure your voice is heard, your goals are recognized, and your truth is celebrated.
I bring several holistic dimensions to our sessions together. In addition to my conversational and supportive style, I hold certifications in yoga, ayurveda, and mindfulness. My multifaceted heritage also enables me to provide therapy in an authentic, sensitive space where we can explore concepts like health, wellness, and the mind-body connection.
Different stages of life can bring different challenges to the surface, but all of them are equally valid. I enjoy working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, body image, cultural/sexual identity, multigenerational conflict, and prenatal/postpartum issues.
I believe in your right to a non-judgmental space, a trauma-informed approach, and a client-centered experience. Whenever you’re ready, I look forward to co-creating a dynamic therapeutic alliance that is affirming, inclusive, and empowering. It would be an honor to support you in your therapeutic journey!
