As a therapist in training at St. Edward’s University, I collaborate with clients navigating a diverse range of life challenges. I’m particularly passionate about supporting those experiencing life changes and transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, eating disorders, and self-esteem concerns. Whether someone is moving through loss, feeling weighed down by expectations, or trying to make sense of parts of themselves that feel disconnected or misunderstood, my intention is to create a safe space where their full experience is welcomed and honored. I care deeply about creating affirming spaces for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients, individuals in larger bodies, clients living with chronic illness, people working in helping professions, and those exploring their spiritual path or sense of belonging. My hope is to offer a therapeutic space where clients feel seen in both their individual experiences and the broader systems that influence their lives. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationship through safety, curiosity, and freedom to show up as one’s authentic self. I practice from a Person-Centered and Trauma-Informed foundation, and I integrate a variety of modalities depending on what best supports my clients’ needs and goals. This includes pulling from Gestalt, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, Play Therapy, Expressive Arts, and Health at Every Size (HAES) approaches. I work with kids 6+, adolescents 12+, adults, couples and families.
