Therapist in training
Hi there, I’m so glad you’re here.
Reaching out for support takes courage, and I want to honor that. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or life’s transitions, you don’t have to go through it alone.
I work with children of all ages, adolescents, and adults, and I believe therapy is most powerful when it’s grounded in trust, empathy, and mutual investment. I take an integrative approach to counseling, primarily drawing from person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and narrative therapy frameworks. In our work together, I want to help connect the dots, making sense of how your past shows up in the present.
My therapeutic style is warm, genuine, and empowering. I believe every person is worthy of the life they want for themselves, and that healing begins when we make intentional space for our own growth. I value acceptance, accountability, and creating a therapeutic space where you feel both supported and capable.
Outside the office, you’ll usually find me diving into one of my many crafting hobbies, hanging out with my puppy Hank, or soaking up the Central Texas sun. I believe in showing up as my full self in this work, and I hope you feel comfortable showing up as yours, too.
