Therapist in training
Life can be messy, unpredictable, and overwhelming. I know what it feels like to be stuck in your own head, comparing your journey to others, and wondering if you’re falling behind. I’ve been there—feeling uninspired, stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, grieving deeply, and questioning how to move forward. But here’s the thing: life isn’t about being perfectly healed or free from challenges. It’s about finding balance in the messiness, embracing accountability while cultivating self-compassion, building resilience, and showing up for yourself in all the ways that matter. It’s about building a life that feels intentional, authentic, and deeply aligned with who you are. I am not here to tell you what to do or to “fix” you. You don’t have to have it all figured out.
I’m currently earning my Master’s in Counseling at St. Edward’s University and pursuing dual licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). My approach focuses on helping you better understand yourself, your experiences, and the patterns shaping your life. Together, we’ll use tools like mindfulness to stay grounded, reframe unhelpful thoughts, process emotions, and explore how different parts of your identity or past experiences influence how you show up in the world today. I take a holistic approach, considering the connection between mind, body, and spirit to support both physical and emotional well-being. I work with children (6+), teens, young adults, individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in supporting clients navigating grief and loss, OCD, ADHD, trauma, eating disorders, body image and self-esteem concerns, and relational challenges.
I know how hard it can be to reach out for help and share vulnerable parts of yourself with someone new. I get it—it’s scary. But you don’t have to do this alone. Therapy with me is honest, dynamic, and full of compassion. I bring my whole self into our sessions- curious, and real—because I want you to feel comfortable being your whole self, too. I believe in creating a space that’s collaborative, culturally sensitive, and non-judgmental—a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to explore what matters most to you. Whether you’re navigating profound grief, healing from trauma, or simply feeling stuck and overwhelmed, I’m here to walk alongside you.
