It can be easy to get stuck in a loop of never-ending tasks and problems in various areas of our lives. In managing all of this, we often forget about ourselves. Therapy is a space where you can focus on your ever-evolving self. So welcome, I’m so happy you are here.

I am currently a graduate student pursuing a Master’s in Counseling. Through my newfound connections and personal experiences, I believe that who we are is the result of those who have come before us. Throughout life we are continuously discovering ourselves. I hope to create a safe space where together we can work, laugh, cry, and more. I am passionate about guiding you to find and build a positive mind-body connection, integrating self-care, and most importantly strengthening self-empowerment.

I have experience working with individuals, couples, teens, and children, specifically with a variety of concerns such as adjustment issues, relationship concerns, trauma, depression, anxiety, multicultural problems, grief, and loss. I integrate solution-focused brief therapy, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care into my work with clients.

Working with me you will find that I prioritize collaboration with an emphasis on building and strengthening our client-therapist relationship. I am passionate about your therapeutic journey. My warm demeanor will shine through authentically with a bit of appropriate humor. I want you to feel comfortable throughout this journey to allow you the space to tell your story when you are ready. So, if you are ready, I can’t wait to be here for you.
