About Jessica

When life becomes overwhelming, therapy can be a great supplement to the coping skills and support systems you already have. Every client brings an individual set of goals and needs to therapy. In my practice, I have developed a holistic approach to healing. I encourage clients to speak openly and I commit to listening without judgment while providing guidance that is tailored to my client’s specific objectives.
Approach to Therapy

I have experience working with adults, children/ adolescents, couple’s, families, and groups on a variety of issues including, but not limited to, substance use and co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, boundaries, self-worth, body- image, eating disorders relationship issues, grief, and trauma.

I am passionate about empowering each of my clients to find their voice, develop their mind-body connection, and stand in their truth. I combine evidence-based techniques with my client’s individual strengths to develop strategies for growth and healing. I firmly believe that healing is never out of reach and I would be honored to be a part of your journey.
