About Jennifer

Sometimes we find ourselves feeling lost or alone and wonder where we might find support for the complex issues we face in life. In therapy, you can come exactly as you are and be met with the compassion and understanding that every life deserves. As a graduate student pursuing a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, I believe in healing through authentic connections and validating relationships that reinforce our sense of worth.
Approach to Therapy
I am passionate about inspiring meaningful change and helping clients to become more integrated, grounded, and connected within themselves. I have experience with clients working through relationship concerns, life transitions, anxiety, grief, family of origin issues, body image issues, and strengthening self-esteem. I frequently use a humanistic lens in sessions, and draw upon attachment theory, parts work, mindfulness, and somatic experiencing. With me, therapy is a collaborative process rooted in trust where we focus on enhancing your mental, physical, relational, and spiritual wellbeing. Though prior messaging, relationships, and events may have shaped our view of ourselves and the world, through nonjudgmental and curious exploration we can start the journey towards creating space for you to intentionally embody the life best aligned to you.
