Women’s Summer Process Group (2023)
As human beings we strive to find connections and belonging, but may feel judged when we try to follow through and show up vulnerably.
In the Women’s Summer Process Group, clients will have the opportunity to provide and receive multiple dynamic perspectives, as well as experience authentic support, encouragement, validation, and feedback from other women in a safe and confidential environment.
The topics of the groups vary from week to week, covering body image, perfectionism, cultural expectations, gender roles, mindfulness, and bodily autonomy, just to name a few.
If you’ve been craving connection, increased socialization with values-sharing community, and simply feeling “seen”, this group is for you!
When: Wednesdays, 6:00pm-7:30pm
Where: In-person (601 Farley Drive, Austin, TX 78753)
Fee: $60/session
Duration: 90-minute sessions
Start Date: June 14, 2023
